Since 2017, the Employment Service of the Balearic Islands has organized the Job Days, a staff selection procedure that is carried out through the SOIB Companies and the SOIB EHIB Hospitality and Tourism sector office.

With the beginning of the tourist season, hotel chains and supermarkets need to hire staff and, therefore, contact the Employment Service to manage the offers and profiles they need to fill in. In this line, the SOIB performs the pre-selection of staff to find the most suitable candidates, in addition to carrying out the dissemination of offers, providing information and conducting pre-selection interviews to facilitate the recruitment process.

This year, the Auditori sa Màniga is hosting four the Job Days: for the Eroski supermarket chain, for the Mercadona company, for Carrefour and for the chain Protur Hotels.
